Sole Talent Acquisition Manager, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for our bi-coastal agency. From sourcing to offer letter, I developed and managed all recruiting logistics and interviewing processes, while interviewing/hiring top PR professionals in Brooklyn, Austin, Portland and San Francisco. I on-boarded new vendors and technologies, such as Greenhouse, to our recruitment program – not only to streamline applicants, but to customize our hiring process. I provided Diversity & Inclusion, interview and new-hire trainings to staff, and played an active role in our culture and vibe committees. I ran our summer Internship Program, hiring college graduates to our firm. I also spearheaded internal communications: creating and leading trainings, blog/website/content creation for website and in-house announcements, new-hire involvement programs, employee engagement and event planning and logistics.
