I have 14 years of video game industry experience delivering high quality AAA content for console, PC, Web, & mobile platforms. I have extensive experience working on both the publishing and development sides of the industry with some of the biggest brands and IP in the world. I’m a team leader, a communicator, and a problem solver. I pride myself on being open minded, flexible, and creative when it comes to solving problems regarding a project and my team. I believe keeping open and clear lines of communication between individuals as well as between teams is key to the success of each project. Selected Work: FNAF AR: Special Delivery (35 million downloads & 650K peak DAU) Led the development of weekly, bimonthly, and monthly content releases for Five Nights at Freddy’s AR: Special Delivery Game (Android & iOS). Managed the development & release of new features for our e-commerce AR Try-On product. Managed the development and delivery of an AR technology platform that triggers theme park based experiences. Led the design team through an AR game ideation and pitch creation for a headset platform resulting in a successful pitch deck. Along with the Lead Designer, built out the game design and accompanying documentation for the above mentioned game. Planned, budgeted, & scheduled the development of the previously mentioned game which included internal and external resources (Art, Engineering, & Sound FX). Provided career mentorship to the members of my team.
Selected work: Beautiful Creatures franchise, Legion series, DC Comics Teen Titans Graphic Novel series Collaborated with author’s agents, U.S. publishers, and 50 foreign publishers to ensure consistent brand messaging. Hiring and managing independent contractors & budgets. Developed & directed a 4 hour video series featuring the author. Managed franchise brand approvals. Planned and scheduled book tour events.
Managed the preparation of materials for and supported executive strategic planning for offsite sessions and conferences. Prepared Executive team communications for internal and external audiences.
Selected work: 350+ online games based on Disney IP including but not limited to Phineas & Ferb, Spider Man, TRON, Hannah Montana, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Avengers, Gravity Falls, Sofia the First, & High School Musical Managed all online/casual game development for Disney Channel, Disney XD, and Disney Junior properties. Successfully created content that increased engagement, visibility, and retention for Disney & Marvel brands. Games produced by my team performed 200%-300% above what expectations month after month. Led the creative strategy for all projects, including content discovery, gameplay design, UX design, and sourcing of imagery and/or video. Regularly presented to executives, brand owners, and creators for approvals and feedback on proposals and game builds. Developed detailed timelines and project plans for projects. Triaged issues that would have impacted scope, budget, timeline, and other projects. Led post-project debriefs and analytics reviews, which resulted in innovating and improving our internal processes and products.
