Informatics and Systems Engineer. Looking to be part of a company where I can contribute with the knowledge and experience acquired over the previous years. I want to work in an environment where I can develop my skills and where I can propose new ideas and solutions to improve the company processes and results. Amongst my professional skills, I can remark the leadership, communication and teamwork, adaptation to change, sense of belonging, responsibilities priorization and attention to detail. As part of my development inside the company, I have been sent away to different GHR and T-Systems headquarters (Barcelona, Budapest, Zurich and Berne), with the goal of providing and attending training sessions and sharing the know-how about the company processes. As of September ’16, I am re-located to the company’s headquarters in Barcelona, Spain; to coordinate and to help improve the processes in a new team, working for another T-Systems department and global accounts.
- To co-lead a group of 5 persons, located in Barcelona, in charge of the financial analysis for different departments and global accounts inside T-Systems International. - To lead a group of 2 persons, located in Colombia, in charge of the data processing of the financial figures for the Shell Global Account. - To coordinate the creation of the main report for Cost Distribution between the difference Service Towers inside the Shell Global Account (several millions € / monthly). - To distribute new report requests inside the team members in Barcelona and Colombia. - To hold daily and weekly meetings with members of the company located in another countries (Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Malaysia, USA, Spain). - To ensure a proper cost controlling among the different departments and global accounts handled by the team, analyzing data from SAP and implementing ad-hoc tasks in a regular basis. - Trainings and know-how sharing sessions held in different headquarters of the company, such as Barcelona, Budapest, Zurich and Berne. - To automate processes with the use of macros (VBA). - To extract and to analyze accounting and financial data from SAP.
Some of the main tasks for my role: - To design and to create the main report for Cost Distribution between the different Service Towers inside the Shell Global Account. - To create a monthly report showing the Resource Profitability for the Global Project Delivery team. - To extract and to analyze accounting and financial data from SAP. - To automate processes with the use of macros (VBA).
6 months Internship to receive the Informatic Engineer professional degree. Between my main tasks: - To design and to create a webpage and database for the company's Intranet, which could help to ease the access of the information for the company members. - To support my teamlead in the internal processes of the Invoicing department. - To document the processes carried out in the Invoicing department.
