Working with Pfizer, Puurs, Belgium in Center of Secondary Packaging. Responsible for the Medical Devices and Cartridges cluster. Quality control of automatic assembly and packaging lines. Responcibility for documents that ensure compliance with standards and quality. In this role, I was responsible for managing and controlling process and production quality in the Cartridges and Medical Devices cluster. This cluster included fully automated assembly lines for hormone injection pens. My role was in-depth and wide-ranging, acting as the first point of contact for all quality and product compliance issues. MY EXPERTISE: - Analyzing and optimizing production processes. Process mapping and implementation. - Deep knowledge of GMP processes - Experience in a strongly regulated environment - Familarity with Pharma industry - Coaching of operators
Investigation of market complaints, investigation of human errors in production. Development of preventive actions to eliminate human errors. Investigation of quality deviations in production. Investigating the history of deviations, determining the root cause. Development of actions to eliminate and prevent the occurrence of deviations in the future.
