• Design and evolve the enterprise risk framework to balance developmental impact, financial sustainability, and prudent risk-taking across emerging and frontier markets. • Advise senior leadership and Boards on risk appetite, portfolio concentration, and exposure to sovereign, country, and infrastructure-related risks. • Inform investment and capital allocation decisions through scenario analysis, stress testing, and forward-looking country and sector risk analytics. • Lead on executive risk reporting, providing thematic insights on portfolio resilience, development impact trade-offs, and emerging market risk trends. • Own policies and frameworks across credit, market, liquidity, and IRRBB, ensuring alignment with multilateral best practices and shareholders expectations. • Oversee country and sector exposure limits, embedding risk discipline into long-term development strategies and pipeline prioritisation. • Hold accountability for stress testing programmes across credit, liquidity, and market risk, supporting institutional resilience and capital preservation. • Lead on equity risk investment and counterparty risk assessments, including validation of financial models and valuation assumptions for infrastructure and financial institutions. • Conduct cross-country and thematic risk reviews to identify concentration risks while enhancing portfolio diversification and development outcomes. • Build and lead high-performing risk teams, promoting a culture of constructive challenge and informed risk-taking.

• Collection of the full set of information and analysis in order to properly present and mitigate risks (ie. annual and interim financial reports, industry data and referenced sector analysis, reports from information services provided by Moody's, S&Ps, and press articles) • Deliver counterparty, transaction and credit risk analysis. This includes analysis of the business, sector, peer analysis as well as the financial risk profile (financial statement analysis, developing financial forecasts where appropriate).
