I am a 2024 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's top-ranked undergraduate real estate program where I earned a double major in Real Estate and Finance. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) at the University of Arizona while working full-time at Mutual of Omaha. In my role as a Junior Investment Analyst at Mutual of Omaha, I support the underwriting, structuring, and closing of commercial mortgage investments ranging between $5 million and $50 million across multiple property types. I am responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and recommendations of new loan requests, preparing investment memos for internal committee approval, and coordinating due diligence during closing. Furthermore, I serve as a business liaison working closely with loan officers, legal counsel, mortgage bankers, and other external business partners throughout the entire mortgage loan process. My long-term focus is on building a career in institutional commercial real estate lending, with an emphasis on disciplined underwriting and developing strong relationships across our correspondent network.
