As the founding Country Manager of Cloudflare Korea, I built the business from the ground up, growing the organization to over 30 people and establishing a fully scaled, sustainable operation in the Korean market. I drove revenue growth 200+% by strengthening the partner ecosystem and balancing direct and channel-led go-to-market strategies. I served as a strategic bridge between global headquarters and Korea, translating local market needs into execution, and focused on building a durable, high-growth business where teams, partners, and customers grow together.
