In this stretch assignment, I am supporting end to end experience of our Singapore-based associates with Development organization across clinical operations, clinical research, patient safety, regulatory affairs and quality assurance.
• Directly reporting to SVP, Global Talent Management in Chicago, with dotted line to Managing Partner, Singapore/India, both of whom report to corporate CEO. • A trusted advisor and business partner to the Asia leadership committee and individual market leaders in regards to external talent market, best practices on talent acquisition/retention as well as internal process improvement. • Taking full ownership of end-to-end internal partner-level hiring across all 9 offices in Asia Pacific (Singapore, Mumbai, New Delhi, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Seoul, and Tokyo). • Developing and providing on-board training to newly hired employees in Asia. • Playing a role of a talent scout to develop relationship with passive talents in the market and proactively building up candidate pipeline across the region. • Acting as the brand ambassador to promote DHR International in Asia Pacific. • Managing and partnering with external search vendors.
