M&A International – Greenport Rotterdam Location setup & operational support hub Presently, I am leading the setup of M&A International’s new operational location at Greenport Rotterdam, strengthening our on-site support capabilities for offshore and shipbuilding clients. From this location, we support clients with: • Mobilisations and demobilisations • Production and execution support • International site management • Client and owner representation • Coordination between yards, contractors and suppliers The Greenport Rotterdam location acts as a hands-on support hub, combining faster mobilisation and tighter execution control with a one-stop-shop environment supported by several on-site specialist companies. Projects supported from this location include: • Mobilisation of a three-barge cable-lay spread for ECE Offshore • Production support for a series of monopile cradles for Rometal • Mobilisation of the EQ30 for IQIP • Mobilisation of a tensioner pontoon supporting the ECE Offshore cable-lay spread

Iv-one Offshore & Energy’s Site Manager for the construction of the Sofia windfarm offshore converter platform. This topside will be the heart of the 1,4 gigawatt wind farm installed in the North Sea (Dodger bank). As site representative we are based in Batam Indonesia and responsible for all site activities that concern the installation of Iv-one equipment. This project is done in collaboration with Mrestart a long time partner and specialist in international project support.
