Managing a team of six consultants recruiting across all areas of tax globally, whilst personally responsible for all indirect tax recruitment GRS Group recruits mid to senior level individuals across Tax, Risk and Legal. I specialise in recruiting Indirect Tax professionals into Professional Services, in-house Tax Teams and Banking, and have found that coming from a tax background myself has enabled me to quickly develop the necessary industry expertise and identify the highest calibre of candidate in this very niche market. My approach is to focus on the best candidate in the market place for each position, rather than simply providing the best candidate actively looking. This is achieved by continues market research, constant referrals from existing contacts and understanding what each individual requires from a new position. I am always interested to talk to individuals who may not be actively seeking a new opportunity, but are open minded about hearing of new challenges available to them.
