I am an AV-Preeminent rated trial attorney and my practice focuses on cost-effective prevention and resolution of employment disputes throughout California. Specialties: I help companies prevent, defend and resolve employment disputes. These include claims of harassment, discrimination and retaliation, as well as misclassification, wage-hour, rest and meal period claims. I also provide advice and counseling, including when employers undertake large scale reductions in force (layoffs). I also counsel employees, including C Suite-level executives, with regard to joining or separating from employment. This includes identifying leverage to negotiate and achieve favorable terms in exit packages. I also negotiate, draft and review employment, nondisclosure, retention, severance and related agreements.
