With over 20 years of experience in product data, taxonomy governance, and digital operations, I design and lead global operating models that ensure product content is accurate, compliant, and ready to perform across complex omnichannel environments. As a Global Product Content & Syndication Operations Architect, I own the strategic orchestration of PIM, DAM, and syndication ecosystems — defining scalable data models, governance frameworks, and lifecycle processes that reduce rework, improve visibility, and accelerate market readiness. My role sits at the intersection of business strategy, platform architecture, and execution. I provide design authority across platforms including Akeneo, Hybris, ProductsUp, and AEM, supported by analytics and monitoring through Power BI and Snowflake. I lead and develop teams, establish global data standards (GS1, eClass), and translate regulatory and market requirements into sustainable technical and process solutions. Known for combining strategic clarity with hands‑on pragmatism, I focus on building operating models that scale — enabling teams and platforms to deliver high‑quality product content that drives eCommerce performance and long‑term digital maturity.
