About

Industrial commerce runs on trust. Every day, millions of dollars move between operators, vendors, procurement teams, and finance departments. Most of those transactions still rely on emails, spreadsheets, PDFs, and manual reconciliation. I believe that will fundamentally change over the next decade. I began my career as a CPA and SOX consultant at EY, helping clients across industries meet IT security and financial regulatory requirements. I later moved into strategy consulting, focusing on digital experience strategy and capability building for global organizations — work that took me across the U.S., France, London, and South Africa. In 2018, I joined Houston-based SaaS startup Tekmetric and built its Customer Experience and Revenue Operations programs from the ground up. I helped scale the company from pre-revenue to unicorn status, translating vision into execution through innovative strategy, operational design, and seamless back-end integrations. That experience cemented what I love most: making things happen. I thrive on solving hard problems, cutting through complexity, and being the “doer” who takes big ideas and turns them into real, scalable results. In 2024, I co-founded SmartChain, where I now serve as COO. I draw on my background in compliance, accounting, and startup scaling to build technology-driven solutions that create real business impact — always with a relentless focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and getting sh*t done. At SmartChain, we're building the trusted transaction network connecting field operations, commercial agreements, and financial settlement.
