Highlights: → Delivered 60%+ online top-line growth within 3 years, while reducing cost per order and driving incremental offline sales → Led the migration to a new, scalable MACH commerce stack (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless), including full product & content migration → Co-owned Zeeman's AI strategy and implemented AI across marketing and eCommerce processes → Co-authored the new omnichannel strategy and spearheaded its implementation → Led a team of ~20 professionals, working with external marketing and development agencies
