Alex specialised on advising Swiss and international start-ups, established corporations, and investors in the areas of: - Incorporation of new ventures (startups, holdings, foundations, associations) - DeFi - Metaverse & Web3 - NFTs and digital art, IP & IT in the blockchain space - Digital assets including crypto regulatory matters (FINMA regulations, licenses, crypto finance, AML compliance). Alex is particularly experienced in regulatory matters related to blockchain technology, corporate law, international transactions, and business immigration. Alex holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School, as well as Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degrees from the University of Zurich. Prior to co-founding Vectra Advisors, he used to work at renowned international commercial law firms in Zurich and acted as an advisor to various start-ups in Europe and in the US.
