Administrating customers systems, performing regular maintenance, monitoring the systems health, proactively mitigating problems, solving problems that clients report via ticketing system (level 2 support). The administered infrastructure comprises: Virtualization systems: Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenApp. Storage: VNX Backup: HP Data Protector, Veeam, Commvault. Firewall: TMG, Sophos. Antivirus: Trend Micro Deep Security, Kaspersky Security Center,SCEP. Mail: Exchange 2010, 2013. Other tools: Nagios, Jazzey, GFI Languard.
Participates in projects where resources are needed, implementing Microsoft solutions at client’s office or remote. Implemented Microsoft products: SCVMM, SC App Controller, Exchange 2013,Hyper-V VDI,Office 365. Installed products in test environment: SCCM, Lync Server 2013, SQL Server. Experience in administering and troubleshooting: 2010, 2013, SCCM, Lync 2010, TMG, Active Directory, Office 365, Hyper-V with failover cluster, SCVMM, App Controller. Other non Microsoft solutions knowledge: VMWare.
• Service - Installs / updates and provides software maintenance; - Maintains client’s informatic system; - Ensures hardware consultancy for Setrio Soft clients; • Helpdesk - Ensures level 1 technical support for clients. - Installs and configures workstations according to client requirements (Windows installations, drivers and software). - Configures the operating system and all the software according to client specifications. - Configures: network printers, Outlook, creates backups for client data, migrates data from old stations to the new ones. - Adds workstations to domain and configures new users in AD if needed. - Creates new mailboxes or groups in the Exchange console or edits them. - Configures calendar permissions if needed. - Administrates the antivirus licensing and task scheduling through the Kaspersky console. - Recommends upgrades for clients based on equipment technical inspection.
