I am deeply involved in driving key initiatives across Sustainability, Safety, and Security: - Security Modernization: Program managing the implementation of new Access Controls and Cameras standards and developed a comprehensive security solutions catalogue. - Project Optimization: Enhancing project workflows, operating models, and KPIs to streamline processes and ensure smooth transitions. - Funding & Support: Securing significant project funding to ensure the continuity of critical initiatives in the space of Sustainability, Safety and Security. - Capability Building: Empowering teams through targeted training and development programs. - Safety Standards: Contributing to the development of the office safety operations standards and developed comprehensive checklists for hybrid work and meeting and events safety standards. - Sustainability Tools: Creating detailed roadmaps, checklists, and dashboards to advance our sustainability efforts. - Community Engagement: Fostering a culture of sustainability through active community engagement and knowledge sharing. - Reporting & Compliance: Enhancing GHG emissions reporting and ensuring compliance with environmental standards and frameworks (e.g. ESRS). - EV transition and charging Infrastructure Projects: Strategy setting for the EV100 commitment and rolling out EV chargers. - Sustainability Initiatives: Benchmarking sustainable travel, conducting thorough audits, and collaborating on advocacy efforts.
Main Projects: - Leading the Strategy and Roadmap for Plastics - Designing the Foodwaste approach and Roadmap - Collaborating with the Fleet team on the Strategy setting considering the 2030 EV100 commitment - Administering the Sustainability reporting governance in line with the internal/external reporting requirements - Coordinating the implementation of the Global Digital Metering Monitoring and Targeting of Utilities in non-manufacturing properties - Managing the deployment of the Refrigerants Policy application in all major properties
