(part time job, 4-8 hours /week) I am a CCNA instructor and I teach CCNA 1, CCNA 2, CCNA 3 and CCNA 4 classes. Since February 2020 we moved to CCNAv7 (it has only 3 modules:CCNA 1, CCNA 2 and CCNA 3 ) .
Most of the time I`m working in the delivery area. I implement global IP network changes in our network and I create different policies for different protocols.I also collect and check network information and execute all necessary network changes to achieve stability and reliability. I`m also part of the team who is responsible to keep all the operating systems up to date, so once the architect decides that we need to move to a new IOS version I`m in charge to schedule and implement the IOS version changes on all the devices that are part of that family product. I am working with OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, spanning-tree, BGP, LAN, WAN, IPSec. I act as the last level of support for the operations team.
My main role is to deliver managed services to Vodafone Romania Enterprise Customers. Among managed services I can specify: - VoIP - Managed Wifi solutions - Video Surveillance - Videoconference This services are hosted in a Virtualized environment in two Data Centers. Also I am involved in non-standard projects to deliver special setups that a customer may require. Manage and support CEC(Customer Experience Center)
● Receive and implement documented requests from VF-DE Planning and Deployment; ● Qualify, dispatch and track requests within the Request Fulfillment process; ● Prepare, approve and document changes in accordance to VF-DE Change Management process; ● Configure Network elements in accordance to predefined workflows and within defined WLAs, e.g.: Parameter Changes, Integration of new NE's, including Field Acceptance, Switch overs, Service configuration, License Management and SW-Updates; ● Integrate new equipment in the network (DSLAM Huawei / ISAM Alcatel Lucent ); ● Configure new data/VoIP/ VoD /IPTV services for the customers over Metro Ethernet Services Network and ATM network (Alcatel SR 7750); ● Configure Ethernet trails for NodeB and eNodeB stations over transport network; ● Configure trails: 2 MBit/s, 34 Mbit/s, 155 Mbit/s ( VC-12, VC-3, VC-4), 1 Gbit/s over SDH Marconi, SDH Bosch,SDH ECI series, Huawei microwave RTN, SIAE microwave families, Ericsson TN; ● ATM services on Nortel Passport 8600, 15K; ● Configure/troubleshoot DCN for radio access network elements; ● Support for field engineers during the scheduled work orders;
