Management issues: projects setting-up, coordination and follow-up with private, public and institutional clients, organisation of tender processes, joint-venture and staff management, etc. Technical expertise: Geotech. & rock mechanics, underground and open-air excavation, rock treatment, dam specific technology, concrete and construction materials. Country experience: Algeria, Angola, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, R.D. Congo, France, Georgia, Iran, Jordan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nepal, Panama, Portugal, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Zambia, Zimbabwe. Head of Dam department since 2007. Former member of the Board of Administrators, 2009-2013 (two mandates).
