CSEM is a private, non-profit technology innovation center with the mission to develop and transfer world-class technologies to the industrial sector. With 650 highly-skilled engineers and revenues of 115 MCHF, CSEM serves more than 250 industrial customers every year. In charge of R&D coordination across business units (580 engineers in 11 R&D centers), reporting to the CEO. Led Group R&D, a team of 75 engineers working on Group Innovation, IoT, Group Intellectual Property, Group Standards, Quality Control and Web Register Products, Microsystem Solutions, Software Automation Platform, Industrialization Services and Machine Safety. In charge of the company's digitalization program.
