Responsible of the development and the operations of a RENAULT car dealership and local account manager for CATERPILLAR. The turnover of the company has grown upto a stable 2m€ per year. - From March to August, in charge of establishing the company, hiring of mechanics and admin staff (3 mechanics and 1 admin), the design and the renewing of a standard building, obtention of the operation licences and importing the first cars in order to start the operation within tight deadlines. - Analysed the market to establish the right actions regarding marketing & communication and positioning our sales. - Continuously planned specific training adapted to the employees. - Responsible of a workshop with 3 technicians and daily repairs of 1 to 4 cars. - In charge of sales : new cars and genuine spare parts / Yearly sales growth from 20 to 80 new cars. - Setting up of an ERP adapted to the size of the company. Put in place all administrative structures and processes, such as contracts, pricing, quotes, invoices. - Responsible of accounting and finance. - Hiring and training of a local employee to take over my position, ensuring a stable business development and decreasing the local expenses without compromising the perspective of the company.
In charge of a partnership between Henri Fraise Fils & Cie and AR Thomson group for Madagascar. AR Thomson is an Industrial group, based in Alberta (CA), specialized in industrial gaskets and fluid containment products. Targeted customers : chemistry, refinery, mining and distillery. Yearly turnover was about 2m€. - Responsible of a team of 3 technicians and 1 administrative assistant. - In charge of the manufacturing workshop. - In charge of sales forecasting and stock management following inventory and clients needs. - Ensuring the technical and commercial support (24/7) and the business development.
