Our securitisation platform enables us to structure securitisation services for investment purposes targeting private equity and other investments, collections, yacht financing and much more. We structure assets and investment vehicles, while investment decisions and asset management are entrusted to our specialised partners. Mandaris Marine and MemberBoats Club are our marine industry entities though which we combine our expertise of the finance industry with our proficiency in the marine sector. Mandaris serves both corporate and private clients with a focus on legal, tax advice and accounting. For corporate clients we offer comprehensive financial accounting and reporting services, board functions, salary and social security administration, expatriate services and compliance advisory. Former chairman of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies SATC (from 05/2012 to 05/2019), during which period the SATC's contribution was essential to the introduction of licensing rules for trustees in Switzerland. Involved in the set-up of a supervisory organisation for trustees as per the rules of the Financial Institutions Act. Member of STEP, IBA, ITPA and IFA.
