Part of the P&O Development team for the Development Division, supporting global Development functions on strategic HR projects, including capability assessments, restructuring initiatives and M&A activities.
Part of the P&O Global Business Partner team for GCO within the Development division. Delivered people analytics and reporting for 4,000+ employees using Workday, SAP, Visier, Glint, Power BI and Qlik, providing insights on employment, culture, DEI and performance. Produced quarterly engagement and leadership reports, supported ECN-2/-3 leaders with data-driven recommendations, ensured data quality during the Workday implementation and managed a global collaboration platform across 60 countries. Contributed to strategic HR projects, including organizational health analyses on AI/Data Science capabilities and global reporting adjustments, while gaining experience in talent management and international HR.
Oct. 2022 - June 2023 Project 1: Contributed to a large-scale IT transformation within Helvetia’s IT CrossServices Department by supporting the migration of 200+ applications to a new cloud-based infrastructure, including agile project coordination, documentation, testing (ALM) and resource tracking. June 2023 - June 2024 Project 2: Contributed to the ongoing development of the HCP&HIP Academy (IT Competence Hub), one of Helvetia’s internal IT learning academies aimed at upskilling and cultivating a strong learning culture across the IT organization. Took ownership of analyzing L&D and engagement data (SAP, surveys) to uncover learning gaps, increase stakeholder engagement, designed structured learning paths and digital courses (Articulate), promoted knowledge sharing and managed knowledge platforms (Confluence) and contributed to strategic planning.
Completed three Swiss civilian service assignments as part of national military duty (approx. 13 months total), providing support in clinical settings through administrative tasks, patient documentation, basic medical assistance and direct patient interaction.
One-year internship before university and four-month assignment during university, supporting end-to-end recruitment, active sourcing, candidate screening, database management, contract preparation and onboarding.
