-Helped The Barn improved its digital transformation. -Carried out an audit to improve The Barnβs data analytics. -Analyzed and selected the KPIs according to The Barn's strategy and target audiences. -Developed an automatic report generation tool in VBA connected to a PowerBI database. -Followed an Agile software development methodology. This automated dashboard enables the manager to make operational decisions, while at the same time acting as a communication tool, transmitting key figures to the team in a readable and engaging format.
-Designed an electrical cabinet for the Leopold II tunnel: -Produced a calculation note for the sizing of the cabling and protections. -Developped the electrical diagrams (AutoCads, Caneco BT). -Worked remotely, autonomously and in synchronisation with several teams. -Produced an introduction guide to the project for new collaborators.
