I was reassigned into this area sales leadership position for the US market covering Fort Lauderdale and overseeing the sales team responsible for Entresto (chronic heart failure treatment) and Leqvio (first-in-class twice annual injectable for lowering LDL-C). The ABL role has been a fantastic opportunity to learn about the US market.
I was reassigned into this newly created position to develop Novartis’ first-ever fully digital educational program for P2P and educational programs for Inclisiran (brand name: Leqvio, first-in-class twice annual injectable for lowering LDL-C) for cardiologists and primary care. • Created the full educational digital program • Researched, explored, and recommended the most beneficial new technologies and partnerships to deliver personalized, collaborative, data-driven content relevant to individual needs of healthcare professionals. • Spearheaded KOL identification, relationship building, and contracting efforts. • Coordinate advisory boards efforts.
I led a team of 9 Sales Managers, 80 Sales Reps, and 4 Product Managers covering Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Jamaica, and Bahamas/Barbados.
