After graduating with honours from EHL, I joined Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London as a Rising Fan. This 18 month program provides structured exposure to luxury Food & Beverage operations, allowing me to develop a comprehensive understanding of service excellence in a five-star environment. I will have the opportunity to see restaurant operations at The Aubrey, collaboration with back-of-house teams, and involvement in the banqueting department, giving me a well-rounded perspective of what working in a top tier hotel F&B department looks like.
As an assistant coach of a rugby team, my responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for players, liaising with the federation, other teams, and schools, and coordinating all logistics. I manage team schedules, organize training, and oversee match preparations to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the season.
A 6 months internship where i will be able to see: 1. Review of daily reports. 2. Organisation of the information received in finance after the day's closings. 3. Collaboration with the finance team to carry out the organisation of certain administrative processes. 4. Follow-up and update of reports related to invoicing and payment to suppliers. 5. Support to the different areas of the department: Income Audit - Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable.
