With more than 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry R&D, I am on my way to becoming an expert in protein biochemistry, cellular and biochemical screening and lead identification and optimization (LIDO). I have a strong background in expressing, purifying and characterizing membrane proteins and especially GPCRs, including a broad range of skills in biophysics, screening and structural biology. I have successfully developed radioligand binding assays, functional assays and complex purification protocols. These contributions were key to enable screening campaigns, to support medicinal LMW chemistry optimization phases and to resolve high-resolution structures by cryo-EM or X-ray crystallography. My positive energy, my will to take on responsibilities and my strong “can-do” attitude are well recognized and appreciated by my peers.
