Ongoing focus to deliver on time quality reporting. - Preparation of the annual report and the half-year report (IFRS). - Coordinating the audit process with the external auditors (big4 firm). - Work closely with the investor relations department. - Maintain consolidation-related closing documentation (checklists, best practice reporting, instructions, reporting package) - Prepare/Review the monthly reporting to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. - Integrate newly acquired entities in the financial reporting. - Manage a team of 3 persons. - Prepare the audited annual accounts under Dutch Gaap (2010-2011) and under IFRS (2012- ). - Installed a new consolidation and reporting software for the Group (Eagle One, www.lswe.com). - Consolidation of 30 entities and preparation of the management accounts on a monthly basis including comments, KPIs. - Report the monthly results by markets, channels and products. - Follow up the capex, the working capital and the bank covenants. - Prepare the consolidated budget and forecast for the Group. - Provide treasury forecast by market for the Group. - Launched a new tax optimization project (started in January 2011, ongoing project) - Manage the finance department (monthly closing, bank relations, year-end closing audit under local Gaap, working capital management, Savings tracker).
- Leading tax optimization projects of the Group including the affiliates in Switzerland and abroad. - Supervising both national and international projects with external advisors from the tax perspective. - Ensure Internal Control System (ICS) compliance and help the subsidiaries to reach and maintain ICS compliance - Oversee both local countries and CH corporate transfer pricing requirements for the Group. - Create a process for identifying all transaction affected by transfer pricing rules. - Implement procedures to prepare and manage the delivery of documentation to support the chosen methodologies. - Interact with external advisors to assist in the validation of certain conclusions; in the preparation of economic analyses.
