Leading the core of Service Pricing actions with focus on the strategical proposals and assessment for several product lines: transactional, overhaul & repair, lubricant oil… along with accountability in the global/worldwide pricing and execution of 17,000 spare parts portfolio at ~800 M€ worth annually. Particularly, I have also been successfully responsible for the cost-pricing impact and inflationary environment modulation, Distributors Performance & Pricing Plan, multiyear pricing forecast (OPI/SPI), spark plugs recycling targets… Likewise, I keep leading role for all solutions regarding discount structure definition, Framework Agreements contracts, internal consultancy projects and complex pricing models. As an add-on, I am joint author in a project (presented before the Board) that sought and built up a solution for the CO2 costs in the supply chain and procurement prices (sustainability), holding individual credit for the financial model, associated amortization and its transfer through spare parts price.
As a Pricing Lead, I have been working on control over the prices of oil&gas transactions worldwide, both from commodity risk perspective, correction and prevention of P&L; assessments up to 1,200 transactions every month above $100M individually. My knowledge and actions extend over trading, supply, continuous improvement projects (CI), internal audit, freight, statistics, financial reporting, KPI… Being responsible for the American market (US and Canada) and support on Europe/MENA side. This role lies in a high analytical performance where complex calculation, fast resolution, and task compartmentalization are required.
Managing the interests of Spanish businesses in the country, advice, assistance and mediation with local authorities and companies, favoring imports of Spanish commodities and services from all production sectors. Development of commercial agendas with representatives and distributors, identification of potential buyers as well as resolution of technical and legal consultations. In addition, maintaining market research with published studies, reports, and technical notes. Likewise, I was representing the Economic Office at the international fairs hosted in Dubai through variety of industries: oil & gas, water production (desalinization and wastewater plants), retail, fashion, pharma, arts, F&B, mechanical and electrical supplies, etc.
Market research, study of companies and their planning for internationalization, as well as analysis of the possibilities of international cooperation between Galician and foreign companies. Leadership of country reports, business directories, evaluation and diagnostic visits, export fairs, approval of granted subsidies and public aids, support to companies that initiate first export activity, strategic consulting, reverse missions, assistance to sectoral clusters…
I held as GM in a sports medicine clinic, a newly started company, which came to exploit a niche market not covered in the region of Galicia. The project was unique in its characteristics, not having direct precedents due to the fully dedicated spotlight on sporty professionals. I was responsible for ordinary management tasks, staff coordination, negotiation of partnerships, customer loyalty, public presentations and events (opening, multidisciplinary conferences, sport tournaments…). Additionally, assumption of the representative role before the media (press interviews, radio, tv, etc.) along with management and control over 12 employees. The main goal for this period was to set up the necessary Company & Strategic Planning and the Commercial Policy.
