Reporting to a Project Manager and Operation Manager Project Manager position related to transportation and installation offshore. I am responsible for managing the preparation and execution of Installation activities (planning, cost), coordinate engineering, requisitioning, construction functions, quality and safety with regards to transportation and installation, and provides assistance in all commercial and contractual matters with Client and Subcontractors. 3x Languages (English / French / Portuguese)
EPCI Project for ENI for a total value of 300 Millions dollars in Angola Block 15/06 I hold a project management position where I am responsible of the transportation and offshore installation activities. Main duties : • Contract Review • Budget set-up and cost follow-up • Identification of risk and opportunities • Management of Operation Engineers Team • Responsible of transportation and offshore installation schedule. • Responsible of the logistic plan • Chartering of installation vessel and logistic support fleets (Bid, Technical evaluation et Sub-Contract follow-up) – 1x Planes, 2x Pipe Carriers, 2x Supply vessels, 1x Heavy lift vessel, 1x Cargo Barge, 2x Anchor handling Tugs. • Installation vessels Mobilisation and activity follow-up (SAIPEM FDS, Normand Cutter, Normand Maximus) • Review of Engineering documentations. • Interface with Client on site and management of offshore installation team. • Reporting for management and corporate.
