My name is Alexandre and I am a master’s graduate in Human Resource Management and final-year student in the Grande École Program (Master in Management) at SKEMA Business School. I combine strong data analysis skills with a hands-on approach, from turning insights into action to managing onboarding processes and HR administrative tasks. -Support and analysis of HR data related to key employee lifecycle stages (annual salary reviews, training requests, performance reviews). -Animation and engagement of a population of 25+ employees through internal initiatives (team breakfasts, afterworks, HR workshops). -End-to-end onboarding and offboarding of interns and apprentices, including the organization of large-scale events (60+ participants). -Management of internship and apprenticeship agreements, including contract amendments and administrative follow-up. -Coordination with partner schools and OPCO, ensuring smooth collaboration and compliance. -Management of purchase orders and related administrative processes. -Creation and monitoring of HR dashboards to support decision-making.
-Managing a DEI project related to the increase of a gender diverse pool of applicants for transport driver: working backwards by conducting 15+ interviews with relevant stakeholders, building a roadmap with the problem statement defined, creating an inclusive advertisement material, creating initiatives for International Women's Day, updating and continuing the development of DEI events to promote the industry in an inclusive way, co-organizing and coordinating these events, writing a SOP document about these events and presenting it to leaders. Working closely with stakeholders defined to deliver and achieve results. -Co-Creating a podcast: creating a platform to make employees that are willing to participate to talk about themselves and DEI topics. Creating a page to host the podcast, participate in the creation of the script, co-interviewing the guests -Creating a tool to automatize the analysis of employees collected from Employee Chat discussions and Exit Interviews between the employee and the HRBP: Using AI to create a survey with specific keywords based on the analysis of 500+ outputs from these discussions.
-Conducting professional interviews: presenting the company, the job offer and assess the best profile option for the job -Development and implementation of recruitment strategies: oriented on high scool and university students and based on social advertising -Sourcing: using Pole Emploi website and intranet of the company -Drafting job advertisements on variety of job boards such as Pole Emploi and on Salesforce that spead the diffusion on majority of job boards -Contracts creation: on Salesforce, using the informations given by the hiring company -Pre-qualification: asking questions related to the profile to do a first set of selection -Visiting companies and making contacts for prospecting purpose
Physical/telephonic reception of temps: ensure the best reception possible and help to answers questions related to jobs or pay slip -Administrative management of registration files: create registration files on Salesforce software and complete them by adding missing elements. -Contracts follow-up: extend or terminate temps contracts -Ensure compliance with company policy: contact temps to ensure and guide them to digitally sign their contracts
