July 2015 - MOVING AGAIN TO ASIA to try to understand Europe ( UNDER RECONSTRUCTION AFTER GES EARTHQUAKE ) In banking business since the 80s , lived for 9 years in Asia, for two different periods. Start 4 banking operations for GES in Asia, Central America, Caribbean and Middle East. Has been fantastic to deal with so different cultures and people. After all this years I have to admit that the biggest challenge was not the business itself, but the management of so different people, cultures and sensibilities. It is a privilege to have so many people around the world knowing your name.

Have been involved in the set up of the new business model of the bank and keep a seat in the BOD
Start the operation, have been the first CEO for 3 years, open a Representative office for the Group in Shangai (PRC) and keep a seat in the Executive Committee.
Start this operation, have been member of the Executive Committee, participate in several management committees of the bank. Besides Board Member I am also the responsible officer of ES Bankers (Dubai) Limited
