Head of the Immunoassay Biomarker group in Novartis Institute Biomedical Research (NIBR)- Basel - Developing personalized medicine strategy for macromolecules therapies using combination of autoantibodies and biomarker profiling approaches - Development and validation of various biomarkers immunoassays to support clinical samples analysis - Team leader and/or team member of clinical teams to establish biomarker strategies in clinical studies - Team management includes 4 lab heads and 15 technicians divided in Basel; Cambridge and Shanghai (China) sites
- Development and validation of various immunoassays: RIA, ELISA, Luminescent EIA - Set-up quality control reinforced by elaboration of procedures - Establishment of development and validation study protocols of the company - Client support for developing immunoassays - Team management includes 4 study directors and 12 technicians
- Set-up quality control reinforced by elaboration of procedures - Drafting study protocols and designed patents of the company - Establishment of drugs portfolio (anti-cancer molecules or antibacterial agent) coupled with various peptide vectors in vitro and in vivo experiments using cellular biology and bioanalysis technologies - Transverse project team leader concerning other departments : co-ordination of speakers, experiments distribution, included in other transverse projects as team member - Team management includes one researcher, two research engineers, two technicians and recruitment participation of personnel for research projects
