For more than 15 years, I've helped businesses accelerate revenue growth by combining commercial strategy, marketing, customer insight and data. I enjoy bringing people together, simplifying complex challenges and turning strategy into measurable business outcomes. Today, I lead strategic transformation projects at WEX. My primary focus is redesigning our international marketing organisation into an AI-first, hub-and-spoke operating model, helping the business scale marketing impact, improve productivity and deliver ambitious revenue growth without linear headcount growth. Alongside this, I partner with senior leaders to refine our customer value proposition, sharpen our ideal customer profile and strengthen the go-to-market strategy for our Global Travel business. Throughout my career, I've built and launched new commercial initiatives, led international go-to-market strategies and helped organizations adapt to changing customer and market needs. Most recently, I led the global go-to-market strategy for WEX EV and WEX Plus for EMEA, successfully taking both businesses from launch to business-as-usual operations. I'm passionate about building modern commercial organisations where people, data and AI work together to create better customer experiences, sustainable growth and measurable business value.
