My current mission is helping Enterprise businesses across the Automotive & Mobility industry becoming frontier in the age of AI for Microsoft. Prior to that I took over responsibility as the Principal SE for the DACH market within LinkedIn‘s Sales Solutions making sure Forbes 500 companies reach their GTM and revenue goals. Before, I have led a team of solution engineers and made them exceed expectations on the DACH market for Comarch. What I enjoy the most? Working with customers, not just presenting to them - tackling real-world complexity together and translating strategy into execution. I love to connect the dots between customers and technology, enabling sustainable growth and fostering innovation. Focused on Enterprise and KAM business - strategy consulting for clients of different industries, including Henkel, Dräger, Merck, ABB, Media Saturn Holding, Robert Bosch AG, BMW, Kühne & Nagel and many others. Apart from my work at MSFT, I put a lot of passion into the association @trojkatweimarski, which I have co-founded and that has the goal to initiate and strengthen partnership between Germany, France and Poland in a greater European context.
