My function in Talent Acquisition is the proactive identification of candidates that match a desired skill set for current and future job openings. Managing the front end process in tandem with the Recruitment Center of Excellence, I collaborate on Sourcing and Recruitment strategies to meet business needs and deliver candidate profiles. Another part of my job is conducting labour market research in local and national markets to assist in driving business decisions. If you were to ask me what the best part of my job is I would have to say the people I work with and the flexibility of working in an agile work environment that allows me to bring my best self to work everyday. Secondly and just as important delivering a positive candidate experience is KEY. I love my job!
Operations and Corporate Support - Lab Ops, Business Development, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Genetics. Manage a requisition load of 30-40 vacancies with an average time to fill ratio of 19 days. Responsible for relationship management and full cycle recruitment for designated client groups during a 3 year integration.
