I lead the US marketing and merchandising strategy for Amazon’s most high-profile shopping events—including Big Spring Sale, Prime Day, and Holiday—creating marketing strategy that moves the needle. My team of 9 product marketers focuses on reinventing the customer experience through customer-obsessed content, iterative experimentation, and automation.
In this fast-paced role, I orchestrated a 130% to-goal Q4 strategy that drove a 41% YoY lift in deals revenue. Impact spanned across B2C and B2B initiatives, bridging marketing and tech to bring new tools to life for 100K+ selling partners. I also founded NAS Marketing Operational Excellence committee to build systems that improved visibility, culture, and performance across the team.
I built Amazon’s first centralized charter for deals experimentation, aligning 10+ global teams under a shared vision that delivered millions in incremental sales through optimized content and CX.
As this first marketing hire for this innovative CPG incubator, I supported the launch and go-to-market strategy for The Hatchery's entrepreneur membership program and commercial kitchen sales, owning end-to-end marketing strategy across a website redesign, CRM development, paid advertising, and events. I collaborated with +150 startups to increase their visibility and develop early-stage marketing strategies. As our team tripled in size, I co-led hiring strategy and built systems to scale our values along with our impact.
Over five years at this social impact consultancy, I built content and GTM strategies that supported new practice areas and thought leadership. I managed our blog, social media, and B2B marketing campaign strategy, growing our reach. I also founded our first young professionals group, helping build a stronger internal culture.
