Imagine a world where patients have access to medically correct information via social media, where HCPs receive personalised content that meets their needs via the channel of their choice, and where brand teams are ready to excel in an AI enabled world. This is my world and I help drive the transformation needed for this to happen. I am a change agent, strategist, a creative thinker, a storyteller and a patient advocate driven by my passion for how technology can positively impact patients and society. I have years of experience supporting pharma in digital and social media engagement and enabling companies to drive transformation to deliver impact for the company, for HCPs and for patients. Industry today faces numerous challenges. A rapidly evolving environment and changing expectations is putting pressure on teams to be agile and deliver even better personalised experiences, via the right channels. Generative AI demands new skills and approaches. All of this requires mindset shifts and learning new capabilities. I support pharma companies to do this. I help teams by introducing new ways of working and thinking, and developing new process that is compliant and adaptable. I lead highly engaging training around storytelling, social media, digital engagement, and omnichannel content. I work with cross-functional teams to deliver impact through techniques such as storytelling and agile ways of working. I also provide 1:1 coaching around how to present with impact to drive results. Through reverse mentoring I help senior leaders understand and identify new opportunities brought by technology such as AI. I have trained and mentored HCPs and patient advocates to ensure that patients have better access to medically correct social media. I have worked with top pharma, including AstraZeneca, Sanofi, Boehringer Ingelheim Roche, Novartis, Pfizer, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Biomarin. I have also worked with firms such as McKinsey, ZS Associates, Digitas Health and Uptake Strategies. I speak fluent French, German and Spanish.
