Responsibilities: •Source passive and active candidates through networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. •Identify and develop recruitment plans for sourcing hard to fill roles; maintain a pipeline of candidates. •Create and post requisitions through various career sites to attract a diverse applicant population. •Partner on intake sessions with Talent Acquisition Partners and/or Hiring Managers/Department Administrators to understand requirements of the role and align on recruitment strategy. •Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, schedule onsite interviews. •Manage candidates through hiring steps in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance. •Give offers to finalist candidates, generate offer letters, welcome emails and facilitate the on-boarding process. •Conduct employment and education verifications, background checks and complete reference checks. •Support the Facilities Management Department on all recruiting processes which include union roles; ensure ERISA compliance.
