My position has made me face challenges and taught me new skills. I am to help set up the preparations for the pumpkin festival such as harvesting pumpkins, stacking hay, and assembling new employees and volunteers with information and guidance. I am employed to collect tickets and give tours around our college campus from the Harvest Hayride. I would show the guests my enthusiasm and joyful personality when interacting with guests. I communicate with my fellow teammates and employees, show leadership when they are asked for assistance, and treat them respectfully.
