• Responsible for all legal matters within SoftwareOne’s subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. • Ad interim (Nov '21 - Nov '23) responsible for all legal matters within the SoftwareOne subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland; • Full range of legal matters with a focus on software licensing and IT services agreements; • Review and negotiating licensing agreements and international supplier-, partner and customer contracts; • Coordination of the legal relationships with external lawyers and consultants; • Responsible for the corporate housekeeping; • Involved in local and global tenders; • Responsible for oversight of compliance and governance; • Responsible for the local integration of merging and acquired entities in the region; • Legal support of our Sales, Services, Finance, Procurement and HR organizations; • Manager of the Benelux Legal Team: • Member of the Senior Management Leadership Team.
• Full range of legal matters with a focus on software licensing and IT services agreements, • Reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements and international supplier-, partner and customer contracts. • Support in drafting, localizing, implementing and monitoring the use of legal templates. • Support of our Sales, Finance, Procurement and HR organization. • Cooperate closely and proactively with the Legal and Compliance team members. • Training of local resources. • Local compliance/data protection. • Maintaining legal data bases and group shared folders. • Coordination of the legal relationships with external lawyers and consultants.
