About

FLAME stands for Fashion, Luxury, Arts, Media and Entertainment and is a space where culture, creativity and business merge to craft products, experiences, stories and cult international brands. It is also the quintessence of my path at the intersection of business and the creative industries. I'm a Bocconi Master’s graduate in Economics and Management of Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment, with a major in Fashion and Luxury Management. I always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur in the creative industries — and that vision has guided me throughout my career. The first half of my professional journey unfolded on the business side of fashion and luxury, with growing responsibilities across Dior Couture, Brioni, Richmond, Valentino and Giambattista Valli. I later delivered strategy consulting work for Luxury, Lifestyle and Made in Italy clients as I moved toward senior executive roles. Along the way, I developed a strong interest in corporate finance and investments, completing executive programs in Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt Investments (AIFI), M&A and Corporate Restructuring, and Executive Leadership at SDA Bocconi (the latter two were awarded as part of the Bocconi Alumni Leaders Awards). The advanced financial training and the client work that followed felt like a full circle, and I developed a passion for combining helicopter-view analysis with end-to-end strategy development and razor-sharp execution. On a more personal note, I discovered a passion for building content formats and global business communities. In 2016, I launched and developed the Bocconi Fashion, Luxury & Design chapter, organizing 15+ industry summits and high-profile networking events in finance, lifestyle and Made in Italy. This experience led me to relaunch the leading Italian jewelry industry business club, representing brands such as De Beers, Richemont, the LVMH Jewelry Division, Vhernier and Mattioli. As Executive Director, I secured key members including Bulgari Group, Morellato Group, the World Gold Council and Unoaerre Group totaling €8bn, produced multiple content formats, launched the CdO Academy, and established partnerships with financial institutions, universities and art fairs — developing deep expertise in the jewelry industry. All of this led to the birth of FLAME Global, where we partner with visionary brands, investors and talent to scale businesses and build legacy brands. I speak five languages and believe in living with vision, ambition and passion. / ig: @alexandra.flame
