Rome, Latium, Italy
I grew up between two cultural capitals, Bucharest and Rome, and turned that dual perspective into a career connecting people, institutions, and ideas across borders. Today I direct the MA programs at Rome Business School, serve as International Relations Associate for TRG Arts, and coordinate the Postgraduate Certificate in Music Management at the National University of Music in Bucharest. I also serve as Doctoral Dissertation Chair at both Westcliff University and Edgewood University, mentoring the next wave of researchers in arts and cultural leadership. Alongside my academic work, I founded Soleart Management and Solèart Education, organizations built to develop the next generation of arts leaders and connect cultural professionals across borders. I co-wrote Global Arts Leadership in Digital Age (Cambridge Scholars Publishing) because I saw a gap: cultural managers lead some of the most complex organizations in the world, yet the conversation about leadership rarely includes them. The book is my contribution to changing that. Featured on TVR Cultural and Radio România Cultural, discussing the role of culture as infrastructure , not luxury, in contemporary society. Stiftung Mercator fellow. Claudio Abbado National Music Award jury member. Multilingual. Always building.
