Tout au long de mon parcours, je me suis spécialisée dans une approche d'accompagnement psycho-educatif. Peu importe la "casquette" que je mets j'ai à cœur d'accompagner des personnes vers le bien-être, la réalisation de soi, la conscience et l'épanouissement.
