Ensure exceptional member experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment across all high-traffic spaces, supporting smooth class turnover and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with studio leadership to identify efficiencies, maintain facility standards, and strengthen the member experience.
Ensure safety of patrons around water. Monitor weather conditions and adjust pool hours accordingly. Measure pool’s pH and chlorine levels and alter chemical pump levels accordingly. Attend 2-hour inservice twice per month to refresh CPR, first aid, and save skills. Alert swimmers of potential safety threats in accordance to swimming facility policies.
Equip leadership skills to advocate for Dallas ISD literacy and the Opportunity Gap. Pitch solutions for Opportunity Gap to U2L staff board. Apply design-thinking strategies and solutions to real world issues in Dallas schools.

Administered research projects focused on emotion regulation, adolescent social interactions, and childhood victimization using virtual reality technology. Discussed studies on social cognition in adolescence under SMU psychology professor Dr. Ernest Jouriles and alongside undergraduate and graduate psychology students. Recruited test subjects from across DFW Metroplex to participate in study.
Advocated for the STEM to Stern mission of diversifying rowing and spreading STEM education. Connected with staff to learn about the program’s needs. Worked alongside Dallas United Crew. Executed in-person and virtual fundraising campaigns. Raised $2500 to fund transportation, resources, and food.
