This job requires working with customers to address their concerns and financial needs, while also building rapport to maintain ongoing customer relationships. We are the face of the company and must maintain excellent communication and customer service skills. Additional tasks include handling accounts for billing concerns, troubleshooting devices and staying up to date on the latest mobile devices, and answering calls to the store to answer questions for customers. Monthly sales goals are expected to be met and exceeded. As a key holder, additional responsibilities include handling opening and closing duties the store, opening POS and balancing deposits nightly, and handling of inventory and store merchandising.
Provided information about the mobile providers and their differences including plan pricing and services offered, required knowledge of the different mobile devices to help customers select the correct devices for their individual life needs, and assisted customers in purchasing additional products to go alongside their new mobile devices and device protection and enhancement.
Completed a variety of administrative and household duties. Responsibilities included executing personal errands, mailing items, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and activities, screening telephone calls, and working on organizational projects as requested. Also supervised hired contractors as needed. Being punctual and reliable were an integral part of this job.
Ensured all lifeguards fully implemented their job responsibilities and all procedures and health department requirements were met. Monitored and assisted with all aquatic activities, greeted guests and maintained a visitors log, maintained an inventory of safety supplies, and documented accident reports that occurred while on the job.
