Responsible for global separation of digital channel applications to an independent Sandoz environment, following the spin-off from Novartis • Identification of separation projects required to transfer digital assets and platforms and set up capabilities to build, enhance & support digital channels in standalone Sandoz. • Identify simplification and rationalization opportunities. • Lead and escalation point for definition, approval and execution of separation projects, e.g. project scope, budget and timeline, vendor contract negotiation, team structure, incl.
