I am an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of experience in HRM across manufacturing companies and international environments. I have extensive experience with comprehensive personnel administration, recruitment of employees, including foreign workers, development of HR processes, setting up remuneration systems, conducting training, and creating budgets. I actively support line managers in all personnel matters and successfully lead collective bargaining and communication with trade unions. During my career, I have participated in a number of projects, including the start-up phase of new plants, the implementation of HR tools, and involvement in subsidy programs. I excel in independence, systematicity, and the ability to align employee needs with company goals.
Overseeing all HR processes from recruitment, training, and remuneration – collaborating on salary surveys with KF, collaborating with an external payroll accountant, communicating across the company, including with the trade union, budget preparation, monitoring indicators – preparing reports, arranging training (legal, professional, soft skills), providing support to line managers, overseeing administrative tasks, creating and revising guidelines, collaborating with the company's headquarters in the Netherlands and regional management in Hungary.
Responsibility for comprehensive HR support for the assigned portfolio of employees (350 permanent and 150 agency employees) from recruitment to termination ("employee life cycle"), cooperation with recruitment agencies, data management in the RON attendance and payroll system, cooperation in the preparation of policies, cooperation with HSE colleagues, participation in HR projects (EOS), communication with the trade union.
Overseeing all HR processes from recruitment, training, remuneration, cooperation with external payroll accountants, communication across the company, including trade unions, budget preparation, training provision (legal, professional, soft skills), providing support and advisory to line managers, and administrative agenda management, cooperation with the state institutions, occupational physician), communication with the employees and trade union representatives.
