About

I am an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of experience in HRM across manufacturing companies and international environments. I have extensive experience with comprehensive personnel administration, recruitment of employees, including foreign workers, development of HR processes, setting up remuneration systems, conducting training, and creating budgets. I actively support line managers in all personnel matters and successfully lead collective bargaining and communication with trade unions. During my career, I have participated in a number of projects, including the start-up phase of new plants, the implementation of HR tools, and involvement in subsidy programs.
