Recently became a certified NSi Autostore Administrator and Installer. As our company moves in the direction of software work flow sales and admin I must too in order to stay relevant in our industry. So I'm currently taking classes to become a system/software installation expert and administrator.
My responsibilities included, creating custom lesson plans based on a clients needs. Writing tailored technical training documents. Setting up ease of use shortcuts for more streamlined workflows. Conducted Training classes using interactive presentation software for groups up to 100 people.
