After graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Sustainability through the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering and Barrett, the Honors College, I began my career at Axsium Group as an Industrial Engineer. I now serve as a Team Manager and Project Manager, leading productivity initiatives and UKG implementations. I bring a unique blend of strategic oversight and people-first leadership with the projects and initiatives I lead. My work spans labor model development, workforce management consulting, and strategic planning across diverse teams and industries. I’m also the resident expert on Axsium’s Studia application and have recently stepped into the Global Productivity Lead role, which allows me to drive internal productivity initiatives for the team. I’m always open to connecting on topics like industrial engineering, project management, labor modeling, consulting, and workforce strategy.

- Oversees and prioritizes internal initiatives of the Global Productivity Team that align with company goals and strategy. - Sets standard practices, templates and tools for the team, including methodologies for project, measurement and estimating projects effort and scope. - Serves as the initial point of contact and primary subject matter expert for colleagues in Axsium concerning our Productivity services. - Stays informed about new and evolving methods, techniques, and technologies in the industry that can enhance the quality and efficiency of Axsium's services as well as monitoring competition within our Workforce Management ecosystem. - Helps managers to establish individual training and development plans for productivity team members.
